High Density Polyethylene – HDPE
Polymer Type Thermoplastic Advantages Good low temperature impact resistance. Excellent chemical resistance. Disadvantages Susceptible to stress cracking. Has lower stiffness compared to Polypropylene. High mould shrinkage and poor UV resistance.
